Fast Boosting Point – Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery & Refund
If you place an order for any service and we are unable to deliver that service, and you do not receive it within 7 working days, we will cancel or partially cancel the order and refund the amount to your Fast Boosting Point account balance.

2. Refund to Website Balance
The refunded amount will be returned to your Fast Boosting Point website balance, which you will be able to see in your account.

3. Balance Withdrawal Policy
Once you add balance to our website, you cannot withdraw that balance whenever you wish.

4. Eligibility for Withdrawal
If you order a service and we are unable to deliver it, and we repeatedly fail to provide the same service or any alternative service, you will be eligible to withdraw that amount.

5. Withdrawal Processing Time
Your eligible refund will be processed within 7 working days after your withdrawal request. The money will only be sent to the same account or payment method from which you originally added the balance.

6. Illegal, Political & Unlawful Activities
We do not promote or support any illegal, political, or unlawful activities. If we find that your order violates our rules, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account without prior notice.

7. No Refund for Policy Violations
If your account is suspended due to illegal activities, prohibited orders, or violations of our policies, you will not be eligible for any refund. If necessary, legal action may also be taken.

8. Payment & Balance Issues
If you face any problem while adding balance to our website, you must contact us on WhatsApp and provide all necessary payment proof, including your payment screenshot, last 4 digits, transaction ID, and payment time.

9. Valid Payment Proof Required
If you cannot provide valid payment proof, the balance will not be added to your Fast Boosting Point account.

10. Legitimate Source of Funds
Any balance added to our website must come from a legitimate source. If it is proven that you added balance using someone else's money or through an unauthorized source, your account may be suspended and you may be subject to legal action.

11. Refund Policy Updates
Fast Boosting Point reserves the right to update, change, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to the latest version of this policy.

12. Illegal Transactions
Fast Boosting Point never accepts, supports, or participates in any form of illegal transactions.

১. সার্ভিস ডেলিভারি ও রিফান্ড
আপনি যদি আমাদের কোনো সার্ভিস অর্ডার করেন এবং আমরা সেই সার্ভিসটি প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হই অথবা ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সার্ভিসটি ডেলিভারি করতে না পারি, তাহলে আমরা আপনার অর্ডারটি সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিকভাবে বাতিল করে প্রযোজ্য অর্থ আপনার Fast Boosting Point অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যালেন্সে ফেরত দিয়ে দেব।

২. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যালেন্সে রিফান্ড
রিফান্ডকৃত অর্থ আপনার Fast Boosting Point ওয়েবসাইট ব্যালেন্সে যোগ করা হবে, যা আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে দেখতে পারবেন।

৩. ব্যালেন্স উত্তোলন নীতি
একবার আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যালেন্স যোগ করার পর আপনি ইচ্ছামতো সেই ব্যালেন্স উত্তোলন করতে পারবেন না।

৪. ব্যালেন্স উত্তোলনের যোগ্যতা
আপনি কোনো সার্ভিস অর্ডার করার পর আমরা যদি সেটি প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হই এবং বারবার চেষ্টা করার পরও একই সার্ভিস অথবা উপযুক্ত বিকল্প সার্ভিস দিতে না পারি, তাহলে আপনি সংশ্লিষ্ট অর্থ উত্তোলনের জন্য যোগ্য হবেন।

৫. রিফান্ড/উত্তোলন প্রক্রিয়ার সময়সীমা
যোগ্য রিফান্ডের জন্য আপনার উত্তোলনের অনুরোধ পাওয়ার পর সর্বোচ্চ ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়ার প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা হবে। অর্থ শুধুমাত্র সেই একই অ্যাকাউন্ট বা পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই ফেরত পাঠানো হবে, যেখান থেকে মূলত ব্যালেন্স যোগ করা হয়েছিল।

৬. অবৈধ, রাজনৈতিক ও বেআইনি কার্যক্রম
আমরা কোনো ধরনের অবৈধ, রাজনৈতিক বা বেআইনি কার্যক্রম প্রচার বা সমর্থন করি না। আপনার কোনো অর্ডার আমাদের নিয়ম বা নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘন করলে Fast Boosting Point কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৭. নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড
অবৈধ কার্যক্রম, নিষিদ্ধ অর্ডার অথবা আমাদের নীতিমালা লঙ্ঘনের কারণে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত হলে আপনি কোনো ধরনের রিফান্ড পাওয়ার যোগ্য হবেন না। প্রয়োজন হলে আইনগত ব্যবস্থাও গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে।

৮. পেমেন্ট ও ব্যালেন্স সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যালেন্স যোগ করার সময় কোনো সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হলে অবশ্যই WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে এবং পেমেন্টের প্রয়োজনীয় প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে হবে। এর মধ্যে পেমেন্ট স্ক্রিনশট, অ্যাকাউন্ট/নম্বরের শেষ ৪ ডিজিট, Transaction ID এবং পেমেন্টের সময় অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে।

৯. বৈধ পেমেন্ট প্রমাণ বাধ্যতামূলক
আপনি যদি বৈধ ও যাচাইযোগ্য পেমেন্ট প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে না পারেন, তাহলে আপনার Fast Boosting Point অ্যাকাউন্টে সেই ব্যালেন্স যোগ করা হবে না।

১০. অর্থের বৈধ উৎস
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে যোগ করা সকল অর্থ অবশ্যই বৈধ উৎস থেকে আসতে হবে। অন্য কারও অর্থ অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করে অথবা কোনো অননুমোদিত/অবৈধ উৎস থেকে ব্যালেন্স যোগ করার বিষয়টি প্রমাণিত হলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করা হতে পারে এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।

১১. রিফান্ড পলিসি পরিবর্তন
Fast Boosting Point যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই Refund Policy পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়ার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই নীতিমালার সর্বশেষ সংস্করণ মেনে নিয়েছেন বলে বিবেচিত হবে।

১২. অবৈধ লেনদেন
মনে রাখবেন, Fast Boosting Point কোনো ধরনের অবৈধ লেনদেন গ্রহণ, সমর্থন বা অনুমোদন করে না।
